American Green Inc (OTCMKTS:ERBB) and Mediatechnics Corporation (OTCMKTS:MEDT) have signed a deal outlining a joint venture that will lead to extended market control and increased revenue for both firms. Evergreen Systems Incorporated, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mediatechnics has almost completed development work of BlazeNow™.
It is a suite of mobile applications for the Android and IOS operating systems. It is designed to deliver location-specific and product-specific advertising. It will also support customer review system for medical dispensaries, delivery services and physicians operating in the legal marijuana industry. The expected release date of BlazeNow is April 20, 2015. Mediatechnics has made innovative developments in the field of indoor cultivation lighting. It is the same technology that American Green intends to complete, adopt and market under the joint venture. Moreover, it also wants to bring in call center that will purely focus on marijuana industry. It will sell American Green goods on a revenue sharing basis.
Jeremy Carr, the President of Mediatechnics, said that as part of a consulting group that has transformed several failing medical dispensaries into leaders. He is well acquainted with the major problems that the pioneers in marijuana industry face every day. The company will provide assistance to such people.
