David Waldman Joins Endeavor IP Inc (OTCBB:ENIP)’s Board Of Directors

Endeavor IP Inc (OTCBB:ENIP) announced that David Waldman has joined company’s Board of Directors. He founded Crescendo Communication LLC, in New York. It is an investor relations and strategic consulting company. He has served as the CEO and President of the company since 2006.

An opportunity

Expressing his views on the new role, Waldman said that he is delighted to become a member of Endeavor IP Inc (OTCBB:ENIP)’s Board, and look forward to work together with other members so as to maximize the value for shareholders. Endeavor possesses a strong IP portfolio. The management has worked hard to achieve an impressive track record of extracting settlement from firms infringing on company’s patents.

The management view

Franciscus Diaba, the CEO and Chairman of Endeavor Board, said that Endeavor IP Inc (OTCBB:ENIP) is delighted to have Waldman as member of the board. He brings extensive experience and knowledge in capital markets and investor relations consulting to Endeavor. He has an impressive track record working with publicly traded firms of all sizes and across all industries including industrial, finance, business services, medical, technology, and communications.

The past experience

Prior to establishing Crescendo, Waldman served as vice president in a New York City-based investor relations company where he managed a wide range of accounts. Waldman completed his B.S. in Political Science and Communications from Northwestern University.

Financial performance

Endeavor stock price surged almost 20% in last trading session. However, considering the business model and last quarter numbers recorded at the end of October 31, 2014, it appears to be a minor pullback. Endeavor IP Inc (OTCBB:ENIP) had cash of $210,000 at the end of October 31, 2014. The current assets and current liabilities were $221,000 and $3.41 million respectively. It reported revenue and net loss of $1.39 million and $2.14 million respectively, for FY2014. The company is a patent troll, a form that own patents and enforces the rights versus infringers. It doesn’t produce any products or deliver other services.
