Finish Line Inc (NASDAQ:FINL), an athletic retailer and public listed Nasdaq stock company has partnered with adidas and artist Rich Homie Quan for exclusive Tubular Shadow colorway release. Finish Line Inc will supply prizes for a sweepstakes that will be sponsored by Motown Records in partnership with the launch of his latest single “Replay.”
Finish Line senior director in charge of content, social and consumer trends Paul Diehl says the company is an exciting moment where music, style and influencers all connect with each other. He adds the company is harnessing the power to influence each other so as to resonate to the needs of the customer.
As part of the deal, Quan sports, an all-white Tubular Shadows in pictures, will be featured on all Finish Line’s social media accounts as well as in-store displays.
Quan also features in a short video on Finish Line’s YouTube channel with his single “Replay” playing in the background. The sneakers include a breathable and superlight knit upper featuring rope laces, textured accents and a low-cut design to enhance both comfort and style.
The partnership will also include a sweepstakes that is sponsored by Motown Records where participants will have an opportunity to walk away with a pair of adidas Tubular Shadows signed by Quan in addition to gift cards from Finish line worth $1,000, $250 and $100 respectively.
Quan says music and fashion has a big influence on people’s behaviors and if used well, they can be significant tools in directing people’s consumptions habits. “Putting together a fresh outfit with fresh shoes is as good as putting together a fresh track. My style is about more than just looking good; it’s about channeling how I feel and what I create,” he says.
