This week has been huge for Life Clips. First it announced that it has entered into and signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Batterfly Energy, ltd., which includes Mobeego. This acquisition is for 100 percent of Batterfly Energy. Mobeego, a Batterfly subset is an affordable one-time use battery that provides an instant shot of power for a phone, or any other mobile device. Mobeego is global and is available in 14 countries. It has upwards of 450,000 units and its projected revenue by the end of the third quarter is $1,000,000. Also, on Wednesday, Life Clips released news saying that the presales for its new camera, the SoloVu. The SoloVu is a top of the line 4k-action camera.
The SoloVu has several key features that competitors like the GoPro do not come standard with. It has an internal gyroscope which is great for image stabilization, it has a built in motion detector for activation of the lens, and a 12 mega-pixel image camera. These all come standard on the SoloVu. These features are all not found on GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) hero or GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) Hero 2. This is a giant leap forward for Life Clips and for its shareholders. During Wednesday’s trading session Life Clips saw an 11.11% increase, and over the last 90 days, LCLP has seen a price movement of $0.25 to $0.76. Over the last two weeks, LCLP has shown upward movement due to its recent Acquisition of Batterfly Energy (Mobeego) and the release of its new technology packed, competitive 4k-action camera, the SoloVu.
