The site for the frack water treatment has already been commissioned. Two water treatment units have already been installed at the site, with one unit being able to process 3,000 barrels per day and another 250 barrels per day.

Treatment of frack water is an emerging industry that is just beginning to take off, and OriginOil wants to lead the way. The company boasts cost-effective and state-of-the-art technology for treating frack water.

Deal in China

OriginOil Inc (OTCMKTS:OOIL) announced that it has established a subsidiary in China to support industrial and frack water treatment. The subsidiary in Hong Kong will license regional joint ventures. OriginOil also plans to set up research and manufacturing operations in China.
