The supportive market conditions have motivated Axiom Corp (OTCMKTS:AXMM) to expand its offerings and management team. For the same cause, it has acquired a minority share in PaperNuts Corporation. The acquisition will allow the Axiom to form a management team with the help of PaperNuts, which is an environment-friendly and innovative Canadian packaging company. It is active in marketing and developing of various packaging solutions for various players in the packaging industry.

Tyler Pearson, who previously worked at Tyler as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, joined PaperNuts Corp recently. He has been appointed as the new CEO of the company. Pearson comes with an extensive knowledge of the packaging industry and expertise in developing go-to-market business strategies. His appointment as PaperNuts’ CEO will help the company getting in extra edge over others.

He previously worked in peculiar profiles and roles related to sales and sales management in North America before joining PaperNuts. His most recent tenure was with North American Corporate Accounts for Unisource Worldwide, where he worked from 2012 to 2014. Pearson created customized and high-end supply chain management solutions for a wide array of Fortune 500 companies while working with North American Corporate Accounts for Unisource Worldwide. He received a Business Degree in 2004 from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Axiom Corp (OTCMKTS:AXMM) has acquired PaperNuts, which means Pearson will offer his strategic expertise to companies in developing its future expansion plans. Other than him, one other senior management executive of PaperNuts who will render his services to Axiom is Scott MacRae. He founded PaperNuts Canada and currently works as the director of the company. Apart from this role, he also served as the President of PaperNuts Canada for the past five years. During 1980’s and 1990’s, he worked in many engineering roles across U.S., Japan, and China. Axiom is pleased to welcome him on board.
