TEXTMUNICATION HOLDI (OTCMKTS:TXHD) has entered into a revenue share joint-venture with NATIONAL FITNESS, Inc. The announcement was made today by Textmunication, and the later has also expressed its consent with the partnership. National Fitness will now act as a non-exclusive Licensee or Partner of Textmunication’s Mobile Marketing Service and Application software. Among the other services provided by the software, it also enables access to some proprietary campaign management services. In addition, it also provides delivery of SMS text messages between the members of the National Fitness Health Club.
As cited in a news article, as of now, National Fitness has as many as 1500 Health Clubs. TEXTMUNICATION HOLDI (OTCMKTS:TXHD) is planning to enroll around 200 of these in the program at a monthly fee of $199 per club. The fee will also include some additional benefits, and the program is scheduled to start as early as on February 15, 2015. The company seeks to eventually enroll all the clubs under the program.
In this context, Textmunication’s President, Wais Asefi, said that TEXTMUNICATION HOLDI (OTCMKTS:TXHD) is planning to enroll the same model as it is enrolling with National Fitness with the other four big Health and Fitness club providers that work with Textmunication.
