Water Technologies International Inc (OTCMKTS:WTII) announced on February 12, 2015 that it had received a purchase order worth $5 million for the production of multiple WFC-160’s. These WFC-160’s can generate close to 3,000 gallons of pure drinking water every day and don’t need anything else than air to produce pure water. The current deal will surely help the WTII achieve its previously set standards in the atmospheric water generators design and production industry.
Insights of the matter:
According to reports, Water Technologies International Inc (OTCMKTS:WTII) received purchase order under a standing licensing agreement through Disruptive Technologies, Inc. The atmospheric water generator units will be used to package and bottle the Atmospheric Water and set up demonstration site. As soon as the production and packaging are done, the water will be sent for distribution through China Commerce Group in Chinese Market.
China Commerce Group is a majority shareholder in the prominent supermarket and retail store chain named Carrefore and WuMart, which runs its operations throughout China. If reports are to be believed than Carrefore and WuMart will work as the sole distributor of drinkable water in the Chinese market.
It’s going to be a long-term project; hence, Water Technologies International Inc (OTCMKTS:WTII) has decided to enter into marketing, distribution and sales agreement with Karma USA, Inc., in order to run all the activities smoothly. It’s a sister concern of Karma Leasing (China), Ltd. of Beijing &Tianjin, which will look after the financing of the project.
In addition, the agreement will also ensure that it can distribute the finished products across the globe through proper distribution channels. Under the current market situation, this project is going to be second to none source of revenue for WTII, and will surely help Water Technologies International Inc (OTCMKTS:WTII) to get over its poor financial condition. The entire management team of WTII is very excited and looks forward to execute the current purchase order.
