Sony has updated the number of subscribers to its PlayStation Now service and delivered an impressive growth average.

In the latest presentation with its investors, the company talked about the important role of digital services for the PlayStation business and the good performance of PS Now.

According to Sony, PS Now recorded an average annual growth of 40% over the previous year.

The service was launched in several new countries in early 2019, Portugal is one of them, which may help explain the growth of the subscription service from Sony.

PS Now has more than 700,000 subscribers who can get access to PS3 and PS4 games via the latest Sony and PC consoles.

In this presentation, Sony confirmed that the PS5 will arrive after April 2020 and has sold more than 96.8 million PS4 consoles.
